Alpine Brand Ambassadors

Deployed two AI-powered NPCs in a branded Roblox world for Alpine: a brand ambassador and a stereo-enthusiast persona. Each had its own personality, tone, and knowledge base, and users could talk with them in different areas of the world.

Analytics and reporting showed how users engaged, which we used to grow the knowledge base and make conversations more engaging. Playtesting surfaced ways to make the dialogue more natural and the NPCs easier to discover.
